Wiccan is both a mutant and warlock. As such he has a wide range of superpowers. However, it is difficult to tell what powers are granted from his X-Gene and which are spells. Wiccan's demonstrated the following powers:
Teleportation: Can teleport himself and others over undetermined distances with an untested maximum. Can also travel to and open gates accessing other worlds and dimensions.
Electrokinesis: Can manipulate and generate energy projections in the form of lightning.
Flight: Can engage in self propelled flight.
Photokinesis: Can project intense light and heat.
Energy/Solid Constructs: Can manipulate energy to create solid constructs like disks, shields, force fields, and other projectiles.
Pyrokinesis: Can generate fire.
Healing: Can heal others.
Spell Casting: Can use magic to enhance himself or others for short periods of time. Spells have included: Enhanced Strength, Sensing Locations of others, Levitation, Telepathy, Astral Projection, and Illusion Casting.
Reality Warping: Can manipulate probability. By stating an effect or action he wants to happen he can cause unlikely things to happen, by saying "I want.. " until it DOES happen.

Homosexual: The first thing you'll hear about Billy is that hes a homosexual. You don't want to be rude and ask him yourself but it won't really matter. You'll get the same answer. Billy is open about his sexuality and wont hide the fact that he's gay. He refers to Hulkling as his boyfriend and not partner and is openly affectionate with him.
Bullied: Billy was bullied in his old highschool about the fact that he like the same sex. He was usually called derogitory names and beaten up. He was about to lose all hope in himself and his sexuality before he was confronted by his real mother. He now faces Bullies head on, and will defend himself and others should the need arise.
Inspired: Bily has been inspired by many superheores with abilities similiar to his. He used to carry around a staff to focus his powers but fropped it long ago. He was inspired by the Scarlett Witch, and Storm. He had even changed his codename to Stormhead at one point to be like Storm, and made a costume similar to the Scarlett Witches. He however dropped the name and started going by Wiccan though he kept the costume.
Confident: After a conversation with the Scarlett Witch, Billy began to tak pride in who he was. He accepted the fact that he was gay and a mutant, and found love in doing so. He has started defending himself and other gays when the need arises and he is planning on joining a gay pride march. He wont let words briing him down anymore and loves himself for who he is.

Billy is an attractive 16 year old male with light brown eyes, and small pink lips. He has short black hair that is usually seen in a faux hawk, or just messy, and a strong face. Billy usually wears graphic tees, jeans, and converse when out of costume, and occasionally wears sweaters. His jeans are usually skinny and he loves to accesorize with his clothing. He weighs 155lbs, and is 5'8''.
Billy's hero suit consist of a tight dark blue body suit with a large buckle where a belt would be. The buckle is attacthed to the suit and is a circular shape with smal circles connecting it to the suit. The buckle appears to be able to hold a jem of some sort, who knows. On the right and left of the buckle is two smaller buckles and the sides of his suit are marked with arcane designs. The designs are held by two large stripes on the suit going all the way onto his legs where they shift over to his knee and place designs on his shin.
The suit has built in boots containing the same designs and are wrinkled on the ankles. Billy wears two bracker (gauntlets)that hold a red gem on each one and are a metallic silver color. His bracers also hold silver arcane symbols, and his suits shirt are stops at her upper arm, and cups his muscle. The sides of his face are covered by his body suit, though his ears still show, and he wears a silver head band with arcane designs as well.
His left arm and side are covered by a long red ripped cloak, with out a hood, that is connected at the top by two small silver buckles. The cloak decreases in length when it reaches his right shoulder, and increases when it reaches her left side. it covers his left forearm and falls back behind her left shin, and he wears a pair of dark blue fingerless gloves to match his suit.

History:
Billy Kaplan was the eldest of three sons born to Reform Jews Jeff Kaplan (a cardiologist) and Rebecca Kaplan (a psychologist). Billy and his brother Thomas Shepard were reincarnations of the Scarlett Witch and Vision’s twin sons.
Billy said that Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch, was his favorite Avenger, and it has been implied that his powers are linked to hers. In the past, Scarlet Witch was so desperate to have children that she used her reality warping powers to create twin sons out of fragments of the soul of the demon Mephisto. When the boys' souls were reabsorbed into Mephisto, because of the power Wanda put into the soul fragments, they destroyed him and their souls were reincarnated as Thomas Shepherd, the Young Avenger Speed, and Billy.
The full extent of his powers were unknown, though they included flight and lightning generation. He could cast spells by chanting a mantra/statement of intent (for example, "I want Iron Lad to forget") and focusing on the outcome he wanted to achieve. He could manipulate reality, causing certain events and effects to happen.
Billy had troubles with bullies due to his sexuality. While sitting in front of his old school, he briefly met the Scarlet Witch, who told him that he 'could take care of himself' and encouraged him to stand his ground. Billy took her advice and stood up to his bully, John Kesler. Billy's powers emerged for the first time, but Billy lost control and nearly killed Kesler
As he began to use his powers more and more he sought out the Scarlet Witch for help, only to find out that the Avengers had disbanded. It was then that Iron Lad came to him, who revealed that Billy was a part of the Vision's failsafe program to ensure an active roster of Avengers. Billy however decided to join the X-men, and Young Avengers. He began dating his friend, and teammate, Hulkling. He originally chose the code name Stormhead (Modeled after his idol Storm), but later changed it to Wiccan.
Billy tried to tell his parents that he was an aspiring superhero, but they misread his intentions and assumed that he was revealing his relationship with Teddy. Though his parents thought Teddy would make an excellent son-in-law, they were unaware that he was a practicing witch dating a shape shifter. The nature of his heroic activities and the danger associated with became apparent when the Super Skrull nearly destroyed the Kaplan's upper west side home in his attempt to kidnap Hulkling. Billy's mother started freaking out.
During the Civil War, S.H.I.E.L.D. arrested the Young Avengers. However, Falcon and Captain America intercepted the S.H.I.E.L.D bus which was transporting the prisoners and Wiccan teleported the team out of the situation, into the Resistance Fighters base of operations.
When the Runaways tried to stay out of the conflict, they barely managed to escape from the government forces. Hearing of this development in the news, the Young Avengers decided to help the Runaways even though Captain America vetoed the plan. Wiccan used his magic to locate and teleport to the Runaways. However, the Runaways believed that the Young Avengers had come to capture them and a fight ensued until Eli (Patriot) succeeded in convincing Nico to stop the hostilities. The two teams were later attacked by Noh-Varr, who captured Wiccan, Karolina, and Hulkling, and (apparently) killed the Runaway Xavin. The young heroes became the prisoners of the Warden, who proceeded to practice vivisection on the unconscious Teddy. The boys were rescued by Xavin, whose Skrull physiology allowed him to recover from Noh-Varr's attack. Billy came close to killing the Warden, but Teddy stopped him.
Wiccan was among the Secret Avengers who took part in the first major battle of the Civil War and was one of the first two casualties. Tony Stark and Peter Parker realized that the two rebels with teleportation powers needed to be incapacitated to prevent an escape from the ambush. Wiccan and Cloak were both shot with tranquilizer darts and rendered unconscious. This attack on two of his youngest followers infuriated Captain America. A violent battle ensued, by the end of which Goliath was dead, slain by the cyborg clone of Thor. Most of the Anti-Registration group escaped, but Wiccan was left behind and captured by the Pro-Registration side.
Billy and the other imprisoned anti-Registration heroes were eventually freed in a raid led by Captain America. This liberation was made possible largely by Teddy's shape-shifting ability, which allowed him to mimic Hank Pym's retinal and voice patterns, and thereby release all the prisoners from their cells.
After the Civil War ended, Wiccan and Speed went searching for the Scarlet Witch (referring to her as "Mom"), when they encountered Master Pandemonium. Pandemonium recognized Wiccan's magic as that of the Scarlet Witch and further explained their original history as the Scarlet Witch's children. However, he likened the boys' search for their past and Wanda to his own former life as rising actor, and told them that their past was "darkness and chaos" and advised them that they should embrace who they were now. This satisfied Wiccan, who called off his search for now, deciding that he was happy with the person he was and the people in his life.
Billy, with the other Young Avengers, teamed up with the Runaways again when the Skrulls invaded.
Wiccan gathered the Young Avengers together at the Avengers Mansion to respond to wave of supernatural chaos caused by Chthon. The team was turned to stone by Chthon's magic, except for Vision and Stature, who arrived too late.
Doctor Strange, the former Sorcerer Supreme, visited Wiccan to discuss his potential candidacy and ability to assume the position as the new Sorcerer Supreme. When the Hood found Strange and engaged him in magical combat, Wiccan aided him, contrary to Strange's orders to flee. Wiccan and Strange teleported to the New Avengers seeking help.
During a fight between a group of nuclear-armed Sons of the Serpent and the Young Avengers, Wiccan loses control of his powers and renders the entire group of terrorists comatose. The Avengers arrive and take Wiccan to their base stating that they want to examine his full capabilities, concerned that, like the Scarlet Witch, if he were to lose control of his powers, he could cause massive devastation. In the process, the Avengers reveal to the team that the Scarlet Witch, having gone insane after losing her twin sons, killed several of her teammates, changed all of reality into House of M, and then was responsible for the depowering and deaths of millions of mutants. Wiccan reiterates his belief that he and Speed are truly the transposed souls of the Scarlet Witch's children and that she may not have been purposefully behind those events. Seeing the Avengers' and his friends' distrust of the Scarlet Witch and their discomfort with him due to uncertainty of his powers, he storms out, only to find that Captain America has informed his parents of what occurred during the early battle. Wiccan, accompanied by Hulkling, goes with Captain America and is situated for observation. However, the other Young Avengers decide to break them out, urging Wiccan to search for the Scarlet Witch. By showing her that the children she lost may be alive and well, the Young Avengers believe that she may be cured of her madness and be able to reverse the damage she had done. In particular, Stature hopes that locating and curing the Scarlet Witch could mean a chance at reviving her father. Immediately, Magneto arrives, stating that he wants Wiccan and Speed to finally know him as their grandfather.
However the Avengers intercede in the conversation and go into battle with Magneto and the Young Avengers. Wiccan is attacked by Wolverine and is then convinced by Ms. Marvel that this is a battle they cannot win. Wiccan then teleports his team and Magneto to Wundagore Mountain in Transia, The Scarlet Witch's birth place, leaving the Avengers behind, who decide to let Wiccan find the Scarlet Witch so they can take care of both of them at once. Upon arriving, Patriot lashes out in anger at Wiccan, but Hawkeye intercedes and decides that they will look for the Scarlet Witch together. Patriot then confides with Hawkeye that he believes the Avengers are right and that they need to go back. However Hawkeye tells Patriot that he needs to pick a side and walks away angry. The Vision confides his fear that Stature may sacrifice herself to bring back her father, and that that is something that neither he or her father would want. Finally, the group reaches the Grave of Magda, Wanda's mother, and Magneto tells the children about the Scarlet witch and Quicksilver's birth. Wiccan then reaches out with his magic and finds the Scarlet Witch in the town, and Speed goes to investigate, only to run into Quicksilver. Quicksilver then threatens Magneto and kidnaps Wiccan. Speed however catches up with Quicksilver and the two race, with Wiccan being carried by Quicksilver the whole time. Eventually, Quicksilver decides that the only way to stop his father and get Wiccan to help him find his sister is to kill Magneto. He fashions out stakes using fence posts and runs back to the village, throwing wooden stakes at Magneto, who dodges them. In the process, Quicksilver seemingly impales Wanda, who is discovered to be a Doombot, and that Doctor Doom has the real Scarlet Witch.
That night, everyone, Magneto and Quicksilver included, decide that invading Latveria to get back the Scarlet Witch is stupid, and they decide to sleep on it and decide in the morning. Patriot once again iterates that he does not like working with Magneto. Wiccan leaves the group secretly and is in the middle of a spell, Quicksilver interrupts him, pointing out their similarities and again trying to get Wiccan to help him. However, Hulking comes with the rest of the Young Avengers and threatens Quicksilver and reprimands Wiccan for being so stupid as to think about going to Latveria alone. Meanwhile, the Avengers meet with Wonder Man, hoping to use him to find Wanda and Wiccan. Simon however disagrees and decides to go and find Wanda and help bring her back. Late that night in Transia, Wiccan writes a note for Hulkling expressing his love and apologizing for leaving for Latveria. Wiccan then teleports to Doom's castle and disguises himself as the Scarlet Witch to get in. He is escorted by Doombots to a room where he is then assaulted by an amnesiac Scarlet Witch. Wiccan tells Wanda that he plans to get her out of there, leaving out that he is her son. However, Wanda states that there is no need for that as she is about to be married. Doctor Doom then arrives to tell Wiccan that it is he who Wanda will marry and then attacks Wiccan.
Wiccan tries to tell Wanda about her past life as the Scarlet Witch, but Dr. Doom knocks him unconscious during the battle before Wiccan can finish. Later, Doom tells Wiccan that Wanda came to him, and although he does not understand how, that he has truly fallen in love with Wanda. Later, Wanda comes to see Wiccan asking him to tell her everything about the Scarlet Witch before she marries Doom. In the meantime, Magneto and the Young Avengers plan to go invade Doom's castle in order to get Wiccan back, but are stopped by Wonderman, and the Avengers who followed him secretly. A battle ensues, and wolverine goes to find Wanda and Wiccan to kill them, but is stopped by Iron Lad, who has returned stating that the future depends on Wiccan's survival.
Wiccan then left the Young Avengers to clear his head and found refuge in the X-mansion. He is currently an X-student and wants to get a better grip on his powers. At first he wanted to become an New X-man but he found that he needed to just find who he was before he went on heroing. He has currently been at the institue for seven weeks and hopes to become friends with some of the other members.

Sornya said to herself as she sat at the harbor near her old home town. She was in her hero uniform and just watched a group of her fathers men load a warehouse with weapons. She was so sick of her father and just wanted to take down his whole corporation. Her beautiful platinum blonde hair flowed in the wind as she sighed and slowly stood, dusting off her black tights.
As Sornya slowly walked toward the warehouse she smiled and began to crack her knuckles. It was a bad habit she had but who cares, right? As she approached the docks that were much higher than they seemed she looked up and saw a man smoking a cigar probably taking a break.
Sornya smiled before leaping out of the sand and onto on of the boards above her probably 10 feet into the air. As she slowly climbed she grunted slightly at the strain she wasn't putting into it and stopped when she was directly under the man. She watched as he made circles of smoke when he exhaled and she frowned. Her net sweater was almost invisible against the night sky and her corset top didn't make her anymore visible.
As she slowly swung forward she went into a handstand and spun her body while doing a split. This allowed her to kick the man before wrapping her legs around his neck and flinging her self up onto the deck where she slammed him with her legs. She then made her way to thee entrance of the ware house and cleared her throat.

She said before leaping forward and over the man who was reaching for his gun. As she did so she put her arm around his neck and flipped him over her back pile driving him into the concrete floor head first. She then hopped off of her back and dashed behind one of the boxes as the other men opened fire.
When they all stopped to reload she jumped out of the otherside of the box and ran toward one man. As he pointed his gun at Sornya she kicked it out of his hands while spinning inward and back slapping him before his unconscious body hit the ground. She then back flipped gracefully as one man opened fire at her dodging his bullets and getting out of sight.
When that man walked toward the box she was hiding at she brought her palm up, breaking his jaw, before kicking him in the abdomen knocking him into another man loading his gun. She then ran toward the two men running out of the building and jumped into the air filling the gap between them.
Before they realized what happened she had done a split in the air kicking them both before closing her legs on one of their necks and putting the other in a head lock. She then spun her body toward the floor slaming them both and knocking them out at the same time.
Sornya then stood in the exact spot she did when she came in and looked at her master piece. One man on the floor, two laying knocked out next to each other, one with his upper body in a crate, the other under him and a man whose cigar was still lit. She laughed to herself before walking away from the scene and leaping off the dock into the water below gliding gracefully.
When her body hit the water she went under and began to adapt she could swim much faster now, and had gills on her neck, her feet were fin like, and her sight was perfect under there. She could even survive in deep pressures now so she decided to swim back to her home tonight. After all those men weren't half the workout she thought.
