Strengths: Good at Tai Quan Do, and Judo as well as tai chi. which she dose to relax. She is superb at hacking anything and when pushed enough even a person brain. Though that is a work in progress. She is smart and is often seen tinkering with something that she will probably use to steal something high tech or sell to another thief.[/size]
Weaknesses: She cant use her full power after being wet for at least an hour. She has unhealthy habits when she goes on a hacking binge and as she gets older the effects start to show. She can some times come off weird to other people. She has a fun and silly type of humor and to others she can seem odd but its all harmless fun [/size]
Mutant Power (if applicable):She is a technopath as the base of her power but she can also conduct and project electricity at the same time. The extra impulse signals that are generated by the brain build up enough that they allow her to project them from her hands or eyes. She can connect to any computer or electronic device and control it like a wireless signal. She can feel the electricity that runs through, well anything as long as a building or person has its own electric current she can sense it and makes out a map of the place in her head to go by..
She can even travel through the current to get anywhere she wants to go. that is how she is able to get into places easy enough. she can also ghost hack any computer any where in the world it would just take her longer to reach the further away it is. Her brain works like a living computer and is always on that's why her eyes are always a brightish blue color like the power light on a desktop pc. They are brown when shes not using that ability or powered down. As a computer she can remember and process information 10 times faster than any supercomputer. she also creates most of her own weapons .[/size]
Power Limits:[/size]She sometimes goes on these extreme hacking binge when shes is trying to pass some serious blocks in security protocols so she locks her self in her room for days not eating much and at times ghost hacking which leaves her body vulnerable
she cant use her powers as much when she is wet. at best shes at one forth or half power for up to 3 hours.
She can hack any thing anywhere anytime. but the farther away it is the longer it takes her to find it and connect to it. it may seem fast to most people but long for a computer. if it was say some where in china and she was in new york it would take her about 15 minutes to find a computer to hack it though that depends on the level of security.
Personality:
She is the nerd trifecta. she loves computers scifi and manga. she has a odd way of thinking (you could call it a bit out of the box.) so some people think she can be weird but she is a bright upbeat woman, who loves her money. She mostly keeps to her self except when she feels the situation is to good to not say anything or introduce her self. shes is a great observer of people and situations. when ever she at work or not she likes to make sure anything and everything can and will go according to her plan. Though despite all that she is overall a nice person and despite being a criminal she has done some charty work. She even dose some consulting work if she gets something out of it.
But cross her and you would regret it.
Guess you can say that there are two sides of her the sweet weird personality that she shows to people. and the serious criminal thief and the online hacker geek that loves star gate and marvel comics. Shes not a killer and doesn't kill when shes on her missions. She is serious about her work but she has a very playful side to her often mischievous. She loves to take things apart and make something new out of it. A good piece of tech can even turn her on if its really high quality. Shes always wanted to get her hands on cerebro and wants to what makes it tick [/size][/font]

this war we're fighting is undecided...
History: Rosyln was born in new Orleans LA. She was a military brat and spent most of her time moving from base to base. She was always very smart and good with computers when she was young. Unfortunately when she was 14 she lost her father. He was out on some classified mission and she had no idea what he was doing. No one would tell her or her mom what happened and she was upset about it.
She ran off the base she needed to clear her head and think. That night she took a wrong turn and some one attacked her, She fought for her life and that fear activated her powers, She sent jolts though his body and ended up frying him to a crisp. It was then she realized what she was, she didn't mean to kill him she was upset and ran it took her two days before she made it back home. She couldn't stay there anymore. She couldn't stand being in that house on that base, so she gathered what she could one night and left. She started down a bad slope, Doing what she could for money at first.
It wasn't till one day she was able to hack a ATM and make it give her money. IT was then she noticed that she was piratically a walking computer. she could link to any computer system via a brain link type wifi signal. she could control and search through files. she became a top notch hacker. when she turned twenty she got the name Purple Dragon in the hacker circuit and made a nice living for her self. she is often contacted by different people for taking files or to retrieve items. she would do any job if it paid enough and the risk was reasonable. Role-play Example:
She was walking the streets of the city and doing some shopping. she needed new cloths and a nice boot with a heel big enough that she could hollow out to put in a weapon her old boots were getting worn out. (hey its a dangerous city.) She was going to head into a store what had a great sale on and some nice boots when she felt some one bump into her and try to run off with her purse. She sighed, there were times she loved this city and others where she wonders about the stupid assholes that life in this world.
She went after him she had a few gadgets in her purse that she was going to look for parts for today so no way was he getting away with that. She tracked the items he was holding and took a short cut,she knew every alleyway in this city. After jumping over some fences she managed to cut him off and send a strong enough shock that would only tazer him. She held him down on his back with the heal of her shoe and took her purse back. " Your lucky im feeling nice today and i can't sense anything broken so im just going to leave you with a little paralysis for a few hours." She dug her heal in the lower back of his spine a bit and sent a small shock enough to disrupt and stop the signals to body for a few hours. " Don't worry its only temporary." She gave a laugh and walked off heading back to that shop she had to get those boots.
