Strengths:[/size]Her attitude is a very big strength...she doesn't let anyone talk down at her and when they try to, she tells them where to go; Her leadership abilities are another big strength...she knows what needs to be down and gets the job done; Her determination is yet another big strength because it helps her get what needs to be done done.
Weaknesses:[/size]Her attitude...as much as it's a strength, it can also be a weakness because she may have the attitude to get something done but that something can also lead to trouble; Her mouth...she says things that she regrets most times and at those times it gets her into more trouble than she was in before; Losing her powers was a big weakness because it caused Jubilee to spiral into a very deep Depression where she just didn't know what to do with her life next.
Mutant Power (if applicable):[/size]Jubilee has the mutant power to generate bright bursts of multi-colored energy plasmoids from her fingertips. She has been known to refer to them as fireworks and they are known to obey her mental control, traveling where she would direct them, arranging themselves in balls, streamers, and other shapes, and exploding when she wishes them to do so. Jubilee can also absorb the fireworks back into her own body without harm.
Jubilee often refers to her powers as "pafs."
As referenced by by one of the resident psychics, Jubilee has the untapped potential to detonate matter at a sub-atomic level, which in theory is the equivalent of a fusion bomb.
Jubilee also has been known to display an apparent immunity to telepathic invasion and probing, though not necessary telepathic attacks. She has had on occasion used this ability to hide herself from telepathic scans and probes from Sentinels. Whether or not she knows of this ability has yet to be determined.
Power Limits:[/size]When driven over the edge, such as losing a friend Jubilee can lose control of her abilities over fireworks and cause explosions to happen which is never a good thing.
She cannot really be around vats of explosive material because she tends to even set those off. She has had control over her powers in the past but due to her getting her powers back recently, she is learning how to control them all over again.
Personality:[/size]Jubilee is a very bubbly girl with a great personality. Sometimes though it can just hurt to be her. She is always there for her friends though when the going gets rough. Psychologically, she is very stable and tends to help others more than herself. She could really care less what happens to her as long as the others around her are safe. She also lets her determination harbor her sometimes in holding her back from what she really wants out of life.
Her life seemed to spiral downward as she lost her powers. Jubilee just didn't know what to do with her life next. Upon the insistence of Professor Xavier and the others, she moved back to California to live with her aunt, Hope but later figured out that that wasn't the place for her. Later on she moved back to New York where she became a reporter for one of the newspapers and helped with the Ex-Mutant Diaries. When she got her powers back, she became the leader of the New Warriors and also became a Reserve Member of the X-Men. Due to these circumstances, Jubilee's outlook on life has indeed increased and she's gained a huge burst of her independence back.[/font]

History: [/font] Jubilee is a Chinese-American girl, was born in Beverly Hills, California, where she lived with her wealthy immigrant parents. However, her life was destroyed when her parents were murdered by two hit men.
Jubilee was sent to an orphanage, but she ran away and hid in a Hollywood shopping mall, stealing food to survive. When she discovered her mutant powers to create energy "fireworks," she realized she could earn money by using her powers to entertain customers in the mall.
Jubilee was discovered by Professor Xavier, who welcomed the girl with open arms.
Jubilee had found a home with the X-Men and had come to the mansion just as it had opened its doors to the new students and had decided to join the new students in order to learn how to control her powers better. But after her time with the X-Men, Professor Xavier decided that she needed to be around other students her own age and so she joined Generation X.
After her stint with Generation X and they disbanded, she returned back to the X-Men but soon after, lost Angelo due to some Purifiers crucifying him on their front lawn. After returning Angelo's ashes to his family, she went on to live with her aunt in California but then went back to New York where she rejoined the X-Men. After losing her powers, she became a reporter and helped with the Ex-Mutant Diaries. Later on, she regained her powers but instead of rejoining the X-Men, she agreed to become a Reserve Member and was surprised when she was requested to be the leader of the New Warriors where she is currently residing. She is your ordinary young woman with a regular 'attitude' for someone her age.

Having been back for about a month, Jubilee was slowly getting back into the groove of things. Her behavior though, had not gone unnoticed. Scott had noticed her anger down in the gym...the Professor had definitely noticed her depression...and she totally snapped at Kitty.
She couldn't understand why she was acting the way she was. All she could figure was that it had something to do with her time at Weapon X. That and what Shiro had blackmailed her with.
Sighing and shaking her head, Jubilee tossed her hair back from her face as she sat on the window seat looking out the window, her thoughts going to the winds. She had her laptop on her lap and she had just been surfing the net. But her thoughts were not on what was going on.
Furrowing her eyebrows and thinking about what had happened with Leyu and Shiro, she couldn't help but worry about the girl. What did Shiro have planned for her? Turning back to her blog, she continued typing, the sound of her fingers on the keys tapping away carrying on down the hall.
