So much had happened these past few years, Pietro had no idea how to serve the rest of his life, he found himself being a loner, pursuing most of the good guys at this rate when he had a chance, other than that he was. He was sure at this point that none of them would accept him for who he was and who he was related to. He sighed as he found himself walking down the streets of New York; he had a heavy trench coat over his body and the hood over his face covering it so he hoped that no one would recognize him that easily. It was still feeling like it was the dead of winter and the days had been chilly, nights hadn’t been much of a help either as he rested in a single apartment, but those hadn’t stayed long as he moved about in different parts of New York.
He sighed looking up at some of the restaurants that were advertised seeing the next place where he could get a bite to eat, he lifted his hood up so he could see a lot better, but it caused him the risk of showing his silvery hair. Not that he really cared any more about it that he looked like his father with it. He finally decided to pick one of the sit down restaurants to eat at. “Any place will do I suppose.” He muttered to himself. Hidden underneath his trench coat was his famous costume that he always wore. It bore his white lightning bolt that went across his left shoulder and trailed down his back. The rest of the costume had mixtures of green within it.

Katherine had been out book shopping of course, she wanted some new material to read and to force her students to learn. She smiled a bit as she walked out of the book store carrying a brown and pink reuable bag as she sighed. Kitty wore a pair of black skinny jeans, black heels, with a long white half sleeve shirt, and a black vest that drapped down to her knes un buttoned, as her lips had red lip stick painted on them, with her long brown curly haior falling down to the middle of her back as she looked around with her brown eyes.
" Hm.. I guess food next." she said softly as she walked past Pietro before stopping at looking directly at him and his sliver hair." AH HA! I thought I saw ya. " kitty placed her hands on her hips as she watched him." Pietro. I can never forget that hair. So, What brings you out here?" Kitty smiled to him as she waited for an answer, he was by far older than her by six or seven years, but she still was twenty three, and quite the Queen of Nerds, and Science. NOt to mention she had her campion Lockheed, who was back in her room at the Institute.

Pietro hadn’t fully responded to when he had seen Kitty he had at first suspected that it was just another person on the street minding their own business. But that quickly changed as he heard his name being called, the connection was made instantly-also with a bit of help by his quick intellect. There was no mistake on who that was, especially when she mentioned his hair. But being what he had been through in the past couple of months he found it hard to put on a smile, he had to at least try for her. He had divorced his previous wife and hadn’t even gotten a chance to say good bye to his daughter, let alone he was still upset over his father. So he at least tried to smile a bit for her, “Heay Kitty, and yeah the hair is like a trade mark of mine, I can’t blend in that much with it.” He said as he looked at her bags and just from the guess of it he could tell that she had been shopping. But wasn’t about to be snooping through them to see what she had been doing, that was just rude.
“Well I came out to eat lunch being that I stayed indoors for most of the day, I figured I needed some air and possibly a run afterwards. Do you want to join me? I’m not really in a go happy mood but I can try.” He said warning her ahead of time and it gave her a hint on how he had been feeling recently. He didn’t know how she would have reacted to his question but didn’t mind if she wanted to eat by herself, he would respect that as well. Though running in his case meant that he would be out across the other ends of New York within several minutes and back, that actually might make him sweat a bit compared to what most humans had expected for a run in several miles.
"It's fine if you don't want too, though." He said with a soft shrug rolling his shoulders underneath his costume.

Kitty smiled as she giggled." Still recognize me? Maybe I should age more. Well, It does make it easy to find you in a crowd, That and the trench coat. Its not cold out, so maybe you should wear actual clothes." she said as she shrugged and pushed some of her hair out of her face as she looked up at the sky then back to Pietro, Kitty listened to him as she thought for a second before speaking.
" Sure, but if you run off or tey to, I will phase you half way into the ground or a wall. Maybe a table." she teased him as she then sighed lightly, thinking about Peter. Yes Piotr. Kitty liked to call him Peter, it was easier. He was off somewhere, she knew it, and they had broken up twce now, she really did love him though, Bobby she liked, but Peter just took her breathe away.
" I will go, Though since you were looking at my bag I will tell you, It is just biology, and chemistry text books. The newest eddistions, and some college material and study guide books to challenge my students."she smiled as she then looked at a Sushi place, then a greek restuant looking around. she sighed as she pulled out her car keys and locked the Mercedes again. All she wanted was for everyone to get along in the world, but things were still far from it. Even she could feel it in her bones. " So where to." she asked softly as she looked back up at Pietro.

“Oh I was just curious; you didn’t have to tell me.” Pietro said as he listened to her. From the sounds of things she was a staff member and a teacher at the X-Men, while he was just trying to get his bearings together back in the city. He sighed as he heard her speak up again about the clothes, not really recognizing it as a tease but he didn’t have much emotion in his voice.
Pietro shrugged, “I do sometimes wear regular clothes, but recently I’m used to wearing my costume for some reason.” Pietro added. He didn’t mind if Kitty had phased the two in though he was used to strange powers from his sister especially. But as for the trench coat he just felt like he needed to hide every once in awhile, it hid his hair so he couldn’t easily be noticed, though of course it didn’t help if he had the hood down. He let Kitty speak and felt himself shrugging, he had no idea also where to go.
As Pietro looked around he spotted the Greek restaurant, he was kind of tired of all the fast food that he had been eating, “How about the Greek restaurant?” he asked as he pointed a finger in the direction of it hoping that Kitty had seen it with his pointing, or had seen it on her own. But he also decided to take off the trench coat he was wearing and would carry it most of the way. He was making his first few steps, right? He at least hoped.

" Well, you should wear normal clothing. Its not like its going to kill you." Kitty said as she smiled starting to walk towards the Greek restuant. she smiled a bit as she looked at Pietro." Pietro, Why don't you just come to the school, You are a good guy, I can see that, Dispite where you come from. family does shape you yes, but there are more than one family in everyones life. everyone at the school, were a family. " She hoped that he knew Tommy was there, and doing quite well.
" How have you been? " she asked softly as she walked into the place and was seated at a booth as she sat down on one side waiting for him to sit down. He looked so much older, and seemed less hyperactive, like he was when they were younger. She smiled a bit as she looked at his white hair. though she was with peter off and on, and he was quite older than her as well. But he was the man she loved.
" I just wish, peace would exist, and everyone can accept everyone. " she said softly as she sighed then looked at the menu, she found what she was looking for as she then thought about the whole monly check up, with Jason. She sighed lightly and looked out a window wondering what lockheed was up to.
" You know Pietro, you can come to the school, it is a safe place, and If i can accept you, I am sure the others can as well." she smiled as she spoke softly in a sweet gentle tone.

Pietro sighed as he sat down beside Kitty as they entered the restaurant, there were a few people in there but it wasn’t that crowded. He wasn’t going to complain about it, and maybe it might get a bit fuller as the day went on being people would stop to find a place to eat. As he thought about what to say to Kitty he wasn’t sure if he should mention the separation of his other family, but maybe it would help being that he was still upset over it. He left his young daughter behind and she probably wouldn’t forgive him.
“Well… things haven’t been going to well for me; I divorced my previous wife and left a daughter behind. I can’t really seem to settle down in New York being that I’m moving in and out every few months.” Pietro said as he felt his appetite starting to diminish as he talked about it. Was he getting depressed? Or was it something else? He hoped that it wasn’t a sign of depression and that he would get over it. From what he knew depression was nothing to be proud about it. But as Kitty spoke up again about joining the institute, he was afraid that other people might not accept him in.
“I thought about it.” He said as she spoke up about accepting him, it was a nice thought, but he thought about it a bit harder still unsure. “But I’m not sure of what could offer to the group. I only know a little about military expertise and mostly combat skills from being with my father for so long. Other than that, I doubt I could take a teaching position.” However at this point he forced himself to take one of the menus knowing that if he didn’t eat now he wasn’t going to eat for the rest of the day. Plus food made people feel good sometimes, along with a warm drink on a freezing day, or just the opposite. His eyes went down to inspect what they had to offer not entirely sure just yet what he wanted, he was also curious to see what Kitty wanted, too.
