We're almost there! (Kimi)

“We’re almost there!” Tommy had said calling back, though due to a big habit of his he was often farther ahead than the others were. If they did not have super speed like he did, he would get further and further behind. Though he had slowed down several times to let Kimi catch up with him. He figured he could do it now as the silvery white haired boy slowed down at the front gates of the mansion. This part usually was quiet as ever, not a soul was around due to the accident that had taken place a few months ago. He wondered if this place would ever recover from those days, he certainly hopped so.

He looked back to see how Kimi was doing. If anything he would go back and speed over to her to see how far she had gotten. He certainly hoped that she hadn’t gotten lost. Well it wasn’t possible that her eyesight was the problem in the morning and it was pretty much the afternoon, it had passed lunch but he was sure the two of them could get something to eat at the dining room. They were usually open late anyways.

Kimiela was running to keep up as she was gasping only to fall into his back and hold on to his shirt when she finally caught up, as she was breathing heavily gasping for air as she was catching her breath. she sighed lghtly before looking up at the gate and large manshion " Its the same size as my home.. its HUGE" she smiled holding on to Tommy's shirt as she looked around.

Kimi then caught her breath as she stood up straight and scrached her head before moving to his left side holding on to his arm as she looked out at the gate blinking as she sighed and looked at tommy " What do you do here? and why did you bring me here?" she asked softly as she lied ehr head on his arm sighing and closing her eyes trying to relax from running for so long.she was in a pair of designer true religon skiny jeans, with a loose white top, that was long sleever with large gaps on the arms, as it was an off your shoulder shirt, her long light brown hair was down to hide her wings tattoo.

“I’m sorry if I went too fast for you, I often forget that others don’t have my speed or can’t run as fast.” Tommy said as he held out his hand for Kimi to hold onto, but it seemed like she could manage to hold herself up against him as he stayed put. He relaxed a bit once she managed to recover from almost falling as she held onto him then turned back to face her again as she moved over to his left side, not minding her to be so close.

“Well in general this place is a sanctuary for mutants where they don’t fit along with humans, they can come here. We have different and many powers of all kinds here known to us, and in fact probably some unknown too.” Speed said as he let Kimi hold onto him not minding it as much. “We also come here to learn on how to control our powers, and learn our strengths and weaknesses, there’s a lot more but that’s the best way I could sum it up for you. And a lot of the people here are pretty friendly.” He assured Kimi knowing from their last meeting that she might be a bit nervous on meeting so many people. He however wanted her to meet his uncle at some point, a speedster like him only a bit older and more mature. But he figured when the two were ready they could meet when the time was right.

“As for bringing you here it was a few reasons, but I was wondering if you wanted to join. It doesn’t have to be this instant but maybe some point in the future, and I wanted to show you where I live.” Since he had brought Kimi home that day, he only got a glimpse of what her mansion was like. He hadn't stepped into her home, just saw the outside on one side, and that was it. Though when he thought about what she said, the mansion being as big as Xavier's, it had to be impressive.

Just next time, warn me when you begin to Run Please."[/color] she then sighed as sg=he let go of tommy and wlaked through the open gate with a wide smiled before it faded. she sighed as she truned to look at tommy." mommy and daddy will never let me leave home, i got to one of the most proceiost cathloic schools,a dn expensive.." she sighed as she held on to his hand and nodded.

" We will see okay?" she said softly as she lied ehr head on his shoulder before looking at the school once more, she then let go of him wandering into the gate looking around at the Vast area, she then looked back at hima s she sighed." well see okay? I like my room at home, and my gadgets, and preants, and my school. Tommy.." she sighed and rubbed her eyes then looked at a tree as she sighed oonce more.

“Alright I’m sorry for that. Usually the only one who can keep up with me is my uncle.” Tommy said as he held onto Kimi’s hand as she took him into the mansion. Normally he would have sped after her once more, but apparently she wanted to go a bit slower, which he wouldn’t argue about. “I understand, I kind of had thoughts that you might not join. But I did want you to see where I live and this is it.” He said smiling back at her softly. It seemed like something was bothering her as she moved away to look at a tree nearby, and there was a sigh too which he had heard. He wondered what was bothering her, but wasn’t sure if it was a good time to ask. If something wasn’t bothering her he was glad for that.

But for now he wanted to see if he could try and take her mind off of it, there were still many things to do in the mansion that had to be done, but they could explore on the outside first. There was a lot around in many parts of the land. But he was going to give her the option of both, indoor or outdoor, and would go with that. “So do you want to see what we have indoors first or go inside? There are a lot more members inside at this point, they don’t come out to this area a lot.” He asked.

Kimi sighed as she held on to his arm looking around before sighing sliently again.' no well it's fine, your just fast is all, but its fine, it's you, you know. It does not bug me at all." she smiled more than looked at a tree again thinking befre holding on to his hand and following him." okay, well i'll think about it okay? I just need to think, I like it at home, but i guess every once in a while ill stay with you if you want that Tommy." she smiled as she spoke lookinhg at his white hair as she giggled.

" mm Indoors, then outside again, i like being out here, its nice and cool, but it will be dark right? so Indoors maybe will be best, where I can actually see what I am looking at." she smiled and she then sighed and looked at him squeezing his hand tightly after hearing there were a lot of people inside as she tok a deep breath.and then looked at tommy as she followed his lead.

"Okay." Tommy said as he began to lead Kimi inside, he didn't mind at all that she was still holding onto his arm. He also enjoyed the way she giggled at him, it sounded like she was at least happy now. "But we don't have to stay in long if you want. We could go out real soon again if that works. It's just that it's just as impressive inside the mansion as it is out." He said but had not bothered mentioning the accident that happened outside the mansion with the bomb. Those were days in the past and the place was still trying to recover from that loss and for many it wasn't easy. Though at that point, Tommy hadn't been around either until he found out what had happened from listening to one of the students talk about it. It must have been a horrifying day for them.

Once they got to the front door Tommy opened it with his free hand, as he revealed the front lounge area to Kimi for the first time. This was usually the room where everyone first got to see as they walked in, and the Professor's office was not that far behind either. It had been placed in a nearby location of this room which was quiet convienent he thought for those who were visitors and wanted to see him right away. "Well this is the main room where almost everyone hangs out when they don't have classes." Tommy said. "If you do mind the noise or want to be by yourself there are other places like the library."
