Genius Level Intellect: Magneto is a genius in various scientific fields. He is an expert on genetic engineering and mutation, with knowledge of far beyond that of contemporary science. He can create artificial human beings, mutate humans in order to give them super human powers, instill genetic mind control, create adult clones of human beings and manipulate the genetic structures of the clones during development. His discoveries of partical physics would revolutionize and place him among the scientific history if they were to be revealed. He designed mangetically powered aircraft and space craft, space stations, and underground complex said to be a masterpiece of automated technology that would make geniuses such as Tony Stark or Reed Richards proud. He has also made machines such as complex robots and computers, magnetically powered generators and machines capable of nullifying mutant powers within a radius of several miles.

Excellent Strategist: Magneto is an excellent strategist, tactician, and skilled leader.

Stubborn: Magneto is not easy on changing ideas, only listening to his own ideas without thinking twice of what another person has today. In his mind he is the only one that has the greatest ideas, and he is always right. This has turned to many mutants eventualy turning against him for not listening carefully.
Telepaths: Only the greatest of telepaths had been known to manipulate Magneto's mind, their first task however is managing to take off Magneto's helmet. But it certainly has been done, especially by his old friend Charles Xavier.
Fear: Magneto uses fear to get most of the mutants to work with him. If he does not continue to express this emotion towards them the mutants will often flee with the first chance they get, eventually leaving his side for good and not turning back.

Magnokinesis: Magneto has near limitless control of all forms of magnetism whether artificial or real. he can manipulate metal. Magneto can maintain total control of an entire planet's electromagnetic field and manipulate it accordingly. He has harnessed magnetism to stop armies, change the course of rivers, and threaten to devistate the world with apocolyptic floods and continent shaking earthquakes. He can completely disassemble and reassemble a complicated machine within his powers. It is unclear whether Magneto is truely pisonic or purely physological in nature. He can also create electromagnetic pulses of great strength and can generate or manipulate electro magnetic energy all the way down to photons.
Magnetic force-fields: Magneto can protect himself with a persona force-field which he can quickly expand to protect large areas. His force-field can withstand fire arms, the depths of space, and attacks from things like the Phoenix. He can also use his force-field to trap or hit an an enemy with.
Magnetic flight: Magneto is capable of sustaining flight for very long distances and at varying speeds. He apparently has several means by which he achieves flight, on which one is by gliding along the planet's natural magnetic lines of force, another simply by creating a repulsive force between himself and the planet, and thus propelling himself. He can also travel in the depths of space, but he needs the help of his force-field in order to breathe.

Mental Fatigue: Since Magneto is a mutant, he can easily get tired by constant use of his powers and if he uses them over roughly ten hours eventually, he will be too exhausted to continue leaving him vulnerable to attacks.
Personality:[/size][/font] Magneto has faced hardships since his childhood years, which have molded him into the man that he is today. He endured many things during World War II such as prejudice and mistreatment of what he has called the race as Homo-sapian superior. He has an extreme hate for humans and would be glad to see if mutants rise up against the humans in order to show that they are the superior beings. He often uses fear in order for the mutants to act.
He can also be rather impulsive, expecting things to be done his own way without having a consult with others who had expected something else, and often believing that it is the only way it can be done. He has ideal goals planted in his mind and can be stubborn when it comes to changing them, this has been shown to be a huge weakness. However despite these faults, Magneto is very intelligent and is capable of turning almost any situation into his favor. Also he has a very persuasive tounge, managing to convince a large amount of negative emotions to fuel his goals among his fellow mutants and the humans that are standing in his way. He also is talented with being a natural born leader and managing to command many that agree to follow him.

Physique: Erik stands at 6"2' and weighs 190 pounds. And despite his age he appears to be much younger than he seems because he had been deaged into a younger adult. Despite his true age, he still appears to be relatively in his prime. One of the many famous appearances of Magneto is his costume, it is a mixture of brilliant reds, and a cape is tucked in on his back. His gloves and boots are a deep purple. But to sum it all up, he has a famous helmet that he uses to protect his mind from probing telepaths due to the technology that is wired into his helmet. It is curved at the top and has a purple decoration going around it. While he has made an opening for his eyes, and it goes down further for his face and mouth.

Nazi Germany
The man known as "Magneto" was formerly known as Max Eisenhardt. His life seemed pretty normal and uneventful until he was attending school in Numberg Germany, Max was attracted to a young gypsy or Roma girl named Magda. Max would do things, such as create necklaces and excel in sporting events, to gain her attention. While returning home from school one day, Max found his uncle Erich Eisenhardt, beaten and wearing a sign saying that he shamed a German woman. Returning to a school event, Max won a javelin competition, to impress Magda, and the following day, he was accused of cheating. Max was told to either give up his medal or recreate the throw with a 'regulation' javelin. Again, Max won the competition but was once more accused of cheating he was expelled from school and was beaten by other students. After traveling with his father to see a major that he had saved in World War I, his father was left waiting for Major Scharfe and beaten by a group of Nazis for making 'such a trouble' in Scharf's office and resisting arrest. After hours of beating, Scharfe threw Max's father out of his office, stating that if he had killed them, they would have been even. As things worsened in Germany, Max's father taught them to "fight them or they will stomp in your head," however, they later fled to Poland in hopes to escape the oncoming violence. However, once the Nazi forces invaded poland in 1941, the family fled once more to Warsaw. However they were eventually caught in Warsaw and placed into concentration camps. The family carefully planned a day of escape, while they smuggled in food in order to survive. But the family was captured once more in the concentration camp for smuggling and the family was executed, however the bullets just barely missed Max and he lived.
Auschwitz
After discovering that the boy had survived the execution, Max spent his early teens imprisoned at the Vernichtungslager Extermination camp in Auschwitz. While he was in Auschwitz, he served in the Sonderkommando; the squad of the Jewish men who were forced to help their masters run the gas chambers, ovens, and the fire pits of the camp. Max learned how brutally human beings could treat minorities whom they considered different. Max was unable to acess his powers at puberty, like other mutants could, due to a bout of hepatitis from working in the camp. He also was reunited with Magda and continued to smuggle food and supplies. Max saved Magda from the gas chambers, and then from execution. As Auschwitz was being evacuated, the two of them managed to escape and for several years Max and Magda lived in a Carpithian Mountain Village, and were eventually married. The two later had their first born child named Anya.
Erik Magnus Lensherr and Charles Xavier
Max, at this point, sought out a forger, named Georg Odekirk, who was supposed to be amongst the best, and asked him to create a new identity for him. Odekirk used the identity of the deceased "Erik Lehnsherr, the Sinte gypsy", so Max could live more easily amongst Magda's own people. Max added "Magnus" as his middle name and, although many knew of his history as a Jewish prisoner, no one knew of his life as Max Eisenhardt. Not satisfied with the simple life of a mountain village, Erik moved his family to the, then, Soviet city of Vinnitsa, so he could better himself. On their very first day in the city, Magnus consciously used his powers for the first time. Erik magnetically hurled a crowbar at his boss who was cheating him of his pay. When he returned to the inn where he, Magda, and Anya were staying, Erik saw it was on fire and his daughter Anya was trapped on the upper floors. He tried to use his new-found powers to save his daughter, but his boss had called the KGB and they beat up Magnus and held him down, preventing him from rescuing Anya. The child fell, burning to her death, in front of her father. Magnus then used his powers to destroy the men holding him, the crowd watching, and a large section of the city of Vinnitsa in revenge. Terrified by her husband's powers and overwhelmed by the tragedy, Magda fled, as her husband called out to her to help him bury their child. Magda never revealed to Erik that she was pregnant. At some unspecified time later, soon after giving birth to the twins, Wanda and Pietro, under the care of Bova on Wundagore Mountain, Magda wandered out into the snow, never to be seen again; presumably dying. As Magnus attempted to bury his daughter, more soldiers arrived after hearing what he had done and attacked him. After being shot in the head, Magnus forced the soldiers to turn their own guns on themselves.
Eventually Magnus traveled to Haifa, Israel, possibly under the guise "Erik Magnus". Magnus worked there as a volunteer orderly at a psychiatric hospital for Holocaust victims. It was there Erik first met and became friends with Charles Xavier. Magnus and Xavier frequently debated the subject of mutants' coexistence with the rest of humanity, though neither revealed to the other that they were mutants. After the two men joined forces to rescue their friend, Gabrielle Haller, from Baron von Strucker and his HYDRA agents and revealed their powers to each other, Magnus seized Hydra's Nazi gold and left for parts unknown, realizing his and Xavier's views were incompatible.
The Mutant War
For some time after, Magnus attempted to stay on the path of righteousness and used his powers to help track Nazi war criminals. However, while working for one of the Western intelligence agencies (most likely the CIA or the British SIS or MI6), Magnus was also working for Mossad, the Israeli Secret Service, and instead of turning the Nazis over to his "Control" government after he found them, he was giving them over to Israel for trial. It seems his "Control" knew about Magnus' status as double-agent, and let him give the Nazi war criminals to Israel, as long as they were Nazis that the USSR had optioned. When Magnus captured and attempted to give Nazi Hans Richter to Israel, agents from the unnamed Western intelligence agency decided to put an end to his activities. They murdered Magnus' girlfriend, at the time, Isabelle, right in front of his eyes. In a rage, Magnus killed his "Control" and cohorts and vowed from that time on, he would be called "Magneto". Magneto, then, began planning his campaign against the human race. Magnus, later, found himself in Brooklyn, New York, under the guise "Michael Xavier", where he had learned that mutants were gathering and hiding from humans in plain sight. Magnus asked Cassandra Michaels to create his first uniform, stating that with all of the colorfully costumed heroes and villains walking the Earth, it was imperative that he do the same to make a statement. After accompanying Cassandra on a date, they were attacked by an underground monster and Magnus entertained the idea of being a hero, but, after feeling Cassandra was ungrateful, realized that his heart lay elsewhere.
Years later, Magneto reemerged in costume and helmet, designed to shield from telepathy, determined to conquer the human race, to prevent their oppression of mutants as the self-proclaimed savior of mutantkind. Magneto had also created an orbital space station, Asteroid M, to use as a base and began to assemble his original Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. One of his early recruits, Astra, was simply infatuated with Magneto and could care less about the mutant cause, but she left the group under mysterious circumstances before it made its first public appearance. Simply needing powerful mutants in the coming war, Magnus, unwittingly, recruited his two twin children for the Brotherhood, after he rescued them from a mob of ignorant humans, but was unaware that they were the children that Magda hid from him. Pietro wished to leave constantly and Wanda disagreed with Magneto's evil ambitions, but Wanda felt that she owed Magneto her life and Pietro would never leave her side. It is certain at this time, Magneto was in a psychotic and manic state, brought on by a combination of factors, including the overuse of his immense powers. On the anniversary of his liberation from the Vernichtungslager Extermination Camp, Charles, now a Professor and confined to a wheelchair, met with Magneto in Auschwitz. Professor Xavier pleaded with Magneto that the actions he would set into motion were no different than what the Nazis did to him years earlier, but Magneto laughed and patronized the Professor for claiming to lead mutants, but being confined to a chair. Professor Xavier replied that he may have lost the use of his legs, but not his heart, something Magneto could not say. After both men reminded each other that they had the power to destroy each other, Magneto left, with Professor Xavier hoping that he saw the error of his ways.

“We bring you this emergency news flash from Washington DC, were we are currently going underneath an attack against the feared Magneto and his brotherhood allies. We seek the help from our army yet nothing has been done. The efforts seem futile as we continue to urge those who can to stay away from this area of New York, or if those who can’t must stay in side at all times and avoid going outside at all costs. But as the humans watch, we can only wonder, is this one step into the end of human kind, a like? Or is Magneto trying to prove something...we can only take a guess.” And so with the end of the news report, the final shot had been with that the camera man focused on a being high above the city. His cape was in a flowing fashion behind him, but from the camera shot, it seemed like the leader of the Brotherhood wasn’t alone, there were two more figures with him. Each one of them had been encased in his magnetic force-field which held back all of the attacks, deflecting them with ease. While the other brotherhood members down below began to cause havoc for the humans and the officers within the army. They soon quickly abandoned their post to let Magneto come through. Many times he had lifted away the metallic machines they used for battle, and crumpled it up with a single hand gesture, or even disassembled it, so it could no longer be a recognizable part that could be used.
But none the less they were nearing their base of operations, as he levitated himself and the two other mutants with them, he paused, “You remember how this goes, Pietro? Take out those humans they claim to be body guards and meet up with Wanda to protect the front door of where I will have a chat.” He asked looking at the young man in his eyes. Oddly enough the two had failed to recognize the very fact that they were father and children, it wouldn’t be years later that this connection would be made. There were several reasons why, but that is certainly another story. Pietro’s response had been a bit dull, but none the less he answered, already well aware of Magneto’s plan, if he was going to rant, he could block him out. He knew what he had to do.
“Yeah I know.” He said as he shrugged his shoulders. Only now attempting to wait patiently as they finally got to their destination. Magneto released his unknown kin onto a balcony of the white house, where as expected there was a group of men waiting to fire at them, several of them had been snipers.
However Pietro was faster to act as he knocked out several that he could get too easily, and proceeded with his attack with Wanda, leaving while Magneto focus on the other remaining guards. He used his magnetic powers to remove what weapons they had, and turned them against them preparing to fire. It was too simple, even amusing at this point to watch the humans flee in different directions. And so he dropped the weapons to the ground as he began to head to the next area, observing that Pietro and Wanda had done their job well. As he got to the door, he could tell it was locked with heavy bolts that could never be opened, probably only by a code that one of the members knew in the white house. However finding such a place to interrogate and an attempt to interrogate someone would take hours. They needed this to be done as fast as they could.
As he pressed his hand against the lock he focused his powers on it as the gears began to tumble and turn as they went. Various clicking noises could be heard as at last, he cracked the code for it. The locks started to open revealing a frightened human, yet they were attempting to remain calm, sitting at the desk that had been before man himself. He felt somewhat fatigued from using so much power before, but he couldn’t stop here, he must still go on. “Now president Kelly, we have matters to discuss. Privately. And I won't take no, for an answer.” He said as he used his hand once more and began to lock the door behind them. No one was going to interrupt them as they spoke, and he just made sure of it.
